There is a 20' wide, 1/8 mile covered track attached to the main 33 stall training barn. Featuring 12'x12' Stalls, a private office, 3 Feed Rooms, 2 Outbuildings for Hay and Straw Storage, 9 Paddocks Ranging from 3/4 acre to 2 1/2 acres​, and 3 Wash Stalls.​
